Piwniczna Hotel SPA & Conference organises a lot of attractions for the lovers of adrenaline and emotions.
Starting from summer sports - SUP, bikes, Poprad Valley rafting, beach volleyball, quads and buggies (sports version of quads) - worth recommending also in the transitional season, through aerobics and aqua aerobics conducted in the hotel and finishing with winter sports - ski and snowmobiles! Skis and snowmobiles are very popular in winter because Piwniczna region apart from well-known ski stations (Ryterski Raj, Dwie Doliny) is regarded as particularly interesting and attractive with many routes for snowmobiles.

- SUP on rivers – Piwniczna Hotel SPA & Conference – it is the first river SUP base in the south of Poland! SUP is currently one of the fastest developing water sports in the world. SUP is a board similar to a windsurfing board but without a sail. Instead, there is an oar, which makes you dependent on weather conditions, such as wind or waves. Rental place price* (board with full equipment and instructor/guide):
- shorter route rafting (from the hotel to Młodów): PLN 50.00 / person
- longer route rafting (from the borderline with Slovakia to the hotel): PLN 100.00 / person
*The prices provided include the transfer of guests with their gear to the rafting starting point.
- Rafting - exciting rafting on the Poprad River. A fantastic idea for a family entertainment or a corporate integrating event. Price for rafting with an instructor / guide: PLN 250.00 / raft (6 pers.)
- Hovercraft - with full version equipment and the best engine available for this model!

- Quads - fast, manoeuvrable, extreme! Rental price: PLN 200.00 / h (depending on the engine capacity)
- Sports quads (known as buggies) - light and guaranteeing extreme experiences. Rental price: PLN 350.00 / h
- Peugeot Speedfight Watercraft – French brand, wind in your hair and "Roman Holidays" climate guaranteed! Rental price: PLN 150 / h Required driving licence category "B".
- Bikes - bike rental is available free of charge (up to 2h daily) for Piwniczna Hotel SPA & Conference Guests.
- Snowmobiles - winter scenery, high speed, wonderful views - snowmobiles in Piwniczna Zdrój. Rental price: PLN 250.00 / h
- Ski, snowboard - within 10 km from Piwniczna Hotel SPA & Conference there is a ski station "Dwie Doliny Muszyna - Wierchomla". It is one of the most modern ski stations in Poland. Its unique climate (temperature is on average 4 degrees lower than in nearby towns) determines perfect skiing conditions and snow remains very long - from November to April. 10 ski lifts with total length of 15 km: 2 chair lifts, 6 whiffletrees and 2 rope lifts covering the area of over 100 ha, which ensures high comfort and capacity of the station even in the ski season peak.
Regardless of the weather, for your health and well-being, you can always go for a walk in Piwniczna, exploring local mountain trails or go nordic-walking.
